Weaning

Owning a foal that has been weaned by Greg is unlike owning any other foal. To have a young horse who is relaxed and happy in all aspects of handling such as longing and catching and picking up feet, hosing and clipping, is such an advantage!

When Greg begins the weaning process with unhandled foals it is magic to see that by day 2 they are happily leading, being caught and groomed.

In Greg’s opinion a foal getting the right start will set them up for a future of trust and happiness with their owner/trainer.
