Greg Andrews is known as much for horsemanship as showmanship, he has over the last two decades earned the respect of many of the most knowledgeable breeders, trainers and owners within the horse industry.
Greg is passionate about training happy and winning horses. His horses love to show and it’s obvious by the results. Most recently he showed the Mulawa Stud stallion, Klass to take out the prestigious Australian National Champion Stallion, in Werribee at the 2009 Arabian championships.
Greg has a special touch that makes horse want to show for him. It’s magic to watch Greg gain a horses trust and watch them grow in confidence and ability to perform. Greg is famous for his ability to work with stallions both in the ring and out of the ring. Like many horseman, Greg says he’s often more comfortable conversing with horses than people!
Greg is married to Rochelle King Andrews and together with Greg’s children Graeme (21) and Christina (15), who is an accomplished young dressage and hacking rider, they run the Exclusive KEA Training Stable . The atmosphere is both professional and personal. "It’s incredibly important to us that our clients enjoy their horses. We have a happy barn of horses and clients and like to keep that way!"
Greg’s motivation in the Arabian industry will always come from finding Australia’s best Arabian horses and taking them to the best heights they can achieve in Australia and overseas. "I would also like to have a great team of amateur showing their Arabian horses, to the best advantage and to maximize the potential of the owner and the horse. We love to see our clients getting a kick out of their horses!"
